Elvis Ferrera-Cedeño is graduated of Computational Science Engineering from University of Informatics Sciences (UCI) of Havana, in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, he was software developer at Technologies & Systems(DATYS). He is member of the Cuban Society of Mathematics and Computation and of the Cuban Association for Pattern Recognition since 2015. Currently, he performs PhD studies in Computational Sciences at the Advanced Technologies Applications Center(CENATAV) of Cuba.

His research interests include but not restricted to:

• Social Groups Detection.
• Crowded Scene Analysis.
• Crowded Scene Classification.

• Member of the Cuban Association for Pattern Recognition (www.acrp.cenatav.co.cu), since September 2015.
• Member of the Cuban Society of Mathematics and Computing (SCMC), since September 2015.
• Member of the Union of Cuban Informatics (UIC), since October 2015.
